Metal Security Seals serve both to secure and to indicate theft or fraud on goods. Generally, they come in 3 very distinct levels of protection: the first relates to high security. This type of seal is used in maritime transport and takes the form of a barrier (a type of tube with two ends in the form of a stop) or a solid cable. They withstand a pull of up to over 1,000 kg. This is followed by conventional security seals. These are adjustable metal cables that adapt to a majority of types of goods to be transported. They support a traction of up to about 231 kg. Finally, the indicative metal seals are the models similar to plastic but more resistant
